KOMMERSANT INCLUDED LITIGATIONS ENDED IN FAVOR OF INFRALEX CLIENTS IN THE LIST OF DISPUTES OF THE YEAR
The Kommersant newspaper included disputes that ended in favor of Infralex clients among the economic disputes that are most important for the Russian business and practice of law firms this year.
According to Kommersant's version, the 2021 disputes included: a series of conceptually similar disputes between Stroygazmontazh LLC and contractors on debt collection and the protection of Infralex lawyers of a settlement agreement and the preservation of the activities of Tsimlyansk Wines JSC.
