Situation

Russian Railways subsidiary applied to Infralex to determine the causes of receivables

Action taken

Infralex lawyers conducted a set of forensic procedures, including inspection of the system of operational control and transactions

Result

During the inspection, the following were identified:

• The amount of losses and lost benefits due to insufficient operational control - 2.9 billion rubles;
• Commercial impracticability and overvalued transaction on acquisition of subsidiary by 1.5 billion rubles
