COMMENTS BY ERDEM SMAGULOV AND KARINA TAMAYEVA TO ADMINISTRATIVE LAW JOURNAL
The journal Administrative Law published the opinion of the lawyer of the Practice of Criminal Law and Trial Karina Tamaeva and the junior lawyer of the Practice of Bankruptcy Erdem Smagulov on topical issues of law enforcement practice
Karina Tamaeva commented on the concept of a new federal law on labor migration prepared by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation."If proposals are accepted in the current edition, hiring foreigners will no longer be profitable for business, and, as a result, the demand for more qualified employees-citizens of the Russian Federation may increase sharply in the labor market, while foreign workers may switch to a completely" illegal "position," the lawyer said.
Erdem Smagulov commented on law enforcement practices in terms of fraud with pledged movable property. According to the lawyer Infralex: "A key aspect in this situation is the question of the criterion of integrity of the purchaser of property, which was laid down by the buyer and was under a security encumbrance at the time of sale of this property."
