LEGAL ALERT: GAME ACCORDING TO THE NEW RULES: HOW THE PROCEDURE FOR CONDUCTING BUSINESS INSPECTIONS HAS CHANGED SINCE JULY 1, 2021
On July 1, 2021, the Order of the Prosecutor General's Office of Russia dated 02.06.2021 No. 294 entered into force, which approved a new procedure for the production of control and supervisory measures.
The leitmotif of the changes was a decrease in administrative pressure on the business.
3 key areas of control and supervision measures were specified:
- Requests from prosecutors for inspections;
- Review annual action plans and identify a prosecutorial body to harmonize them;
- approval by the control body with the prosecutor of an unscheduled inspection.
The standard forms of the requirement to conduct an inspection, the application for coordination with the prosecutor of an unscheduled inspection, the decision of the prosecutor on the results of the consideration of the application for coordination of an unscheduled inspection, etc. were approved.
