HOW TO BUILD A COMPETENT ANTITRUST POLICY? WHAT COMPANIES NEED ANTITRUST COMPLIANCE?
April 13, 2021 at the online conference "Antimonopoly Compliance and Other Ways to Minimize the Risks of Companies in the Field of Antimonopoly Legislation" will be told by Elena Kuznetsova, head of the Practice of Antimonopoly Law of Infralex.
The Institute of Antimonopoly Compliance and its main elements are now enshrined by law.
On March 12, 2020, the Federal Law of 01.03.2020 No. 33-FZ "On Amending the Federal Law" On Protection of Competition "entered into force. For business, unlike public authorities, antitrust compliance is voluntary.
The Federal Law of 26.07.2006 No. 135-FZ "On Protection of Competition" (hereinafter - the Law on Protection of Competition, the Law) introduced the term "system of internal compliance with the requirements of antitrust laws" (hereinafter - antitrust compliance) and a list of mandatory elements of such a system.
Since this institute began to form relatively recently, now in practice organizations have many questions about the feasibility and technology of its development, which however did not prevent a number of companies from successfully introducing it. To discuss issues on this topic, we invite you to a conference with the participation of the Moscow OFAS of Russia, the leadership of the Moscow Chamber of Commerce and Industry and leading experts in the field of antimonopoly legislation.
Time: April 13 from 15 to 17 hours
Place: online, on ZOOM platform
