RESPONSIBILITY OF BOARD MEMBERS AT BANKRUPTCY: INSTRUMENTS OF PROTECTION
The journal "Joint Stock Company" No. 10, 2020 published an article by the lawyers of the Bankruptcy Practice of Infralex on ways to protect members of the Boards of Directors of banks and companies from tort, subsidiary and public-legal liability in the bankruptcy of legal entities. In the article, attorney Sergey Khukhorev and junior assosiate Erdem Smagulov provide an analysis of legislation and legal practice on the topic under study, as well as systematize options for protecting members of the Boards of Directors from liability of controlling persons in the bankruptcy of companies and banks.
